Shipping & Returns
The Shipping Policy below applies only to Online Retail Customers buying on Balensiskincare.com.
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States and Canada. There is no minimum order required to qualify for free shipping.

***Currently we do not offer express or expedited shipping options.
When your order is processed, we will send you an order confirmation email.
When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number for your shipment.
Orders are processed & shipped during regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm PST. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
We do not currently offer shipping to locations outside of Canada and the United States (note: we do not ship beyond mainland United States, except for Hawaii and we don’t ship to APO/FPO addresses).

Return any product for a prompt, courteous exchange.*
After 45 Days
Return any product for a prompt, courteous exchange, less a 20% restocking fee.
After 90 Days
Items shipped to www.balensiskincare.com after 90 days will not be accepted for exchange or returned to you.
Please thoroughly inspect shipments, noting damage to cartons on the freight bill. www.balensiskincare.com will not be responsible unless noted at delivery. Please keep all packing materials until items have been fully inspected. Contact Customer Service at within 72 hours to report damage.
Please report missing items within 72 hours.
