Return any product for a prompt, courteous exchange.*

After 45 Days
Return any product for a prompt, courteous exchange, less a 20% restocking fee.

After 90 Days
Items shipped to www.balensiskincare.com after 90 days will not be accepted for exchange or returned to you.

Damaged Shipments
Please thoroughly inspect shipments, noting damage to cartons on the freight bill. www.balensiskincare.com will not be responsible unless noted at delivery. Please keep all packing materials until items have been fully inspected. Contact Customer Service within 72 hours to report damage.

Missing Items
Please report missing items within 72 hours.
